Head Chef Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Monty’s. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, from shaping the menu to building the team and setting the standard from day one.

You’ll have the opportunity to create a produce-driven offering, work closely with local suppliers, and run a kitchen that values consistency, structure, and a strong team culture.

We’re building a team of people who care — about good food, great wine, and creating memorable experiences for everyone who walks through the door.
